Online sales to end consumers via the internet are currently regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Code and its implementing regulations. Sales between professionals are excluded from this regulation. Returns are at the buyer's expense and risk. The consumer has 14 business days to return, at their own expense, any order that does not meet their expectations. This period begins on the day the consumer receives the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day. All returns must be reported in advance to Valwicz Customer Service by logging into our website and going to the "Contact Us" section, where, after entering your login details, you will be able to obtain your order number. The product must be returned by carrier of the consumer's choice to Valwicz / Jean-valéry Thoraval, 6 rue Guillaume d'Autignac 34070 Montpellier.

Only complete orders, as listed on the order form, will be accepted for return. Products must be returned in their entirety, in their original, undamaged packaging, and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for return shipping costs. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer may choose either a refund of the amount paid or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the return shipping will be at the consumer's expense. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Valwicz will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within 2 business days. The consumer will then be refunded the total amount of the order to their bank account (secure transaction) if payment was made by credit card, or by bank transfer in other cases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain timeframe.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at return@valwicz.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping of returns

To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Valwicz 6, rue Guillaume d'Autignac 34070 MONTPELLIER / FRANCE.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for the exchanged product may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
