We deliver in France, Europe and internationally.
For deliveries to French overseas departments and territories, we exclusively use Colissimo.

3. Order Processing
- Orders are prepared under 2 business days for standard items.
- For custom-made necklaces (especially chokers), the preparation time may extend to 5 business days.
- Shipments take place from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), no orders will be fulfilled on weekends or public holidays.
4. Carriers
We work with Colissimo And Delivengo, We use two reliable carriers. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is shipped.
5. Delivery problems
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carriers. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier in question.
For any complaints, please contact us within a certain timeframe. 14 days after the scheduled delivery date.
6. Returns related to delivery
If a package is returned to us (for example, due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package), the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Packaging
Your jewelry is carefully packed in wooden boxes, with straw or felt to ensure its protection during transport.
